We believe that God bestows on both men and women equal dignity, agency, and value, but with different, complementary roles. Consequently, we believe God calls the local church to play a significant role in discipling men and women equally into spiritual maturity, but in such a way that preserves and honors certain offices and virtues with special relevance to women. Our discipleship aims to prepare and support women to fully realize their God-given call by training them in Scripture, prayer, godly character, and faithful service.
