However, we value membership in our church family; it allows for loving accountability and authority within the church.
Our elders lead the church, but our members hold the final authority in decision-making. They vote on many issues, including:
church officers and pastoral hiring
budget updates
receiving and removing members
Each year, we hold a 13-week New Member class. Attendees learn about the history, doctrine, and characteristics of our church and denomination (Evangelical Free Church of America). After completing the class, attendees have the opportunity to pursue membership at Grace.
