Nathan grew up in Lima, OH and became a Christian through both the influence of his family and various local ministries. He met his wife Amanda at the University of Rio Grande, where he obtained a degree in Music Business. They moved back to Lima after graduation in 2004 and started their family. They have two children, Cadence and Isaac. Nathan and Amanda came to Grace Community Church in 2008 and soon after began working with the youth ministry, the worship team, and teaching adult Sunday School classes. Nathan has completed a Masters in Christian Apologetics from Biola University in 2014 and has taught apologetics and theology at a local university through Ratio Christi. He began serving as an elder in 2022.
